Q: How do I change my personal information? A: Click HERE. Login with your license number. Please do not include the "SL" or 'BK" in the login box. If your license number does not consist of 7 digits, please add a zero(s) to make up 7.
Q: What do I need to do to join the Association? A: After notifying FREC of your broker, you may then join the Association where your broker is a member. You must bring your real estate license and Form RE-10 (previously form 2050) signed by your broker.
Q: What should I do when I change offices? A: You will need to complete FREC form RE-10, Fax a copy to FREC, RASL and Regional MLS and keep a copy for your files. Also required to RASL is a $50.00 transfer fee. Another option for RASL is to complete the transfer form and fill in your Credit Card information and fax it to RASL. These forms can be printed from the RASL website, HERE.
Q: I am an Appraiser, may I join as a Realtor? A: Yes, Certified Appraisers may join as a Realtor.
Q: What are my recurring fees? A: You will have yearly membership dues, invoices are mailed in September and are Due by Dec. 31st. A separate invoice will be mailed for the MLS service.
Q: As a current of member of the association is there a charge for opening my own office? A: Yes, a one-time administrative fee of $250 is charged.
